Reopening: Reopening is used for adding or editing incorrect information – it can be used for monthly forms, staff information, transitions, referral, or enrollment forms. This will collect information on the specific month, family name, or staff member that needs to be accessed after submitting.
Reset Password: Password reset is used when a form is saved and a staff member cannot remember their password to continue entry.
